What was your highlight today?
The highlight for me today was the baptisms during the Connections Service. I really enjoyed all things surrounding it. A guy who is relatively new to Roswell Street helped us set up the portable baptistry on Saturday night. Another young couple that are new to Roswell Street helped during the baptism. Another faithful member and my wife helped also. That was just on the volunteer side. Of course, the three ladies who declared to all of us their relationship with God through the baptism were awesome. They were the first people to be baptised in the Gym. By God’s grace, we are hoping to see many more.
The baby dedications at the beginning of the service were incredible too.

The baptisms were my favorite part of the service as well. It was really special to hold baptism in that building and I look forward to many more!

Comment by Frankie March 10, 2009 @ 4:17 pmFrankie, Todd Fields wrote and recorded the song on the North Point “Louder Than Creation” CD. You can hear it on his MySpace page. I just bought the CD online through the North Point Community Church website. The CD has other great songs we sing at the Connections service too.
