11/23 service.
Grant's message was detailed but very good.
Great to have a little variety in music. Jason Sartain is doing a very great devotional job (praise the Lord)! However, the music seemed much louder today, to me, than on some previous "G" Sundays... I used to play drums in my youth and can testify to lost hearing that's in store for the 'next gen'. That will hurt their communications ability (again, IMHExperience). Thus, I would recommend finding a way to mix the music volume down (perhaps the natural acoustic drums are holding that back).
Just commenting: Keep up the good works!

11/9 service
I liked Grant's ride into work video. I thought all the staff got dropped off by limo every Sunday.(JK) Definitely feeling the energy in Gym vs the
sanctuary. There is no email link for Jason Sartain, so I am requesting a song for some future date. It is called "He Calls Me Son" by John Waller.
Good job all around.

Regarding yesterday's service...

In my opinion,

1) the music was the best we've had in awhile. It was balanced.

2) Easley did a great job with the sermon and I believe this kind of innovation holds student's attention. At least it did for my children.

3) Most importantly, at the end of the service there was clear and distinct presentation of the Gospel. Folks were compelled and challenged to make a decision. And some did. It was really encouraging to me.

I hope we can start meeting in the "G" building before January. We need that "energy" that comes from being in a smaller venue. Today's message and music were AWESOME but everyone was so scattered---no feeling of connection like last week. "We've got to move it, move it. We've got to move it, move it!!!!!!!!"
