Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team are responsible for making sure that everyone who participates in a Connections environment has a great experience and feels welcome. The hospitality team has four major areas…
1. Greeters: These people are stationed at the parking lots, the outide patio of the gym, the front lobby of the gym, the front lobby of the main campus, and the main entrance to the gym. They can serve weekly or on a once-a-month rotation. They usually serve from 10:25-11:10a.m.
2. Ushers: These people are stationed inside of the gym to help people find seats. They can serve weekly or on a once-a-month rotation. They usually serve from 10:25-11:25a.m.
3. Connections Cafe: These people serve coffee, cold drinks, and snacks in the cafe located in the main lobby of the gym. They serve on a rotation basis. They serve from 10:25-11:00a.m.
4. Green Room: These people focus on all those who help to faciliate worship on Sunday mornings. They arrive at 7:00a.m. with snacks and coffee for the musicians, set-up team, media team, speakers, and other stage personalities. They serve on a rotation basis. They serve from 7-8a.m.
